Recently, the Vietnam-Australia Trade and Investment Promotion (VATIP) participated in the ASEAN market update event for businesses in New South Wales (NSW), Australia. The program was organized by AsiaLink in collaboration with Investment NSW to introduce business and investment opportunities in the region.
The event was held at Badgery’s Creek, the location of the new airport in Western Sydney, where the federal and NSW state governments are developing a new city called Bradfield City. This is a significant project aimed at driving economic growth and creating an attractive destination for both domestic and international investors.
At the event, VATIP had the opportunity to gather valuable information on policies, an overview of the investment landscape, and the potential of the new city and Australia as a whole.
Additionally, the program featured the participation of high-level leaders, including the NSW Minister for Trade and Industry, the Director of International Markets at Investment NSW, the CEO of Bradfield City, and Australian businesses interested in the ASEAN market, who were present to explore opportunities for cooperation and investment in the new city.
The event not only provided businesses with insights into development potential in NSW but also opened many networking opportunities for investors, facilitating the promotion of trade cooperation between Vietnam and Australia.
