On the morning of September 6th, the Western Sydney Tourism Business Association, along with the Liverpool Business Association, held a working session with the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Association.
During the meeting, both sides discussed potential collaboration in the fields of tourism and workforce training for the industry. They also explored promotional event initiatives to promote Vietnamese tourism in Australia and introduce Australian products to the Vietnamese market.
Additionally, both parties exchanged ideas about organizing golf tournaments to boost sports tourism, as well as plans to improve the quality of tourism and hospitality services in Vietnam, with the potential to supply skilled labor to the Australian market.
Plans for cooperation in 2025 were also outlined, aiming to strengthen and further expand bilateral relations in tourism and event organization.
